Our current & most unique property . . .

Something completely different for us. Whilst working closely with local architects and planning, Pooks Hill stands as a bespoke, contemporary and truly unique building within a conservation area. This property has 180 degree views over the River Dart which we maximised with extensive use of glass and wrap around balconies. Hard to make a property as fabulous as the view. . .

A 19th century loft into contemporary two floor apartment

We developed this 3rd floor apartment from one level to two! By extending the extension into the roof again. .  the only way was up! As well as adding two double bedrooms and a shower room, we landscaped the garden into a inspirational dining BBQ area with views across to Dartmouth Castle, the river and Kingswear.

A grade II listed town house turned into . . .

. . a stylish and contemporary home. We could tell this Georgian listed property had real potential, just needed a little stripping back of layers, or layers of carpet in this case. Originally a five bedroom children’s home we worked with local architects, Devon conservation office & Totnes independents to totally transforms Warland into a modern home whilst restoring as many as the original features, they were just far too wonderful not to!

We bought this one with just three walls . . .

A real challenge, many developers had tried to restore this grand 19th centre property right in the centre of Dartmouth with no avail. We saw the beauty in this house and just had to give it our best shot. With a lot of blood, sweat and tears (really!) this home was brought back to life and one of our best achievements to date. It isn't surprising that it was instantly recognised by local press and residents - a real proud moment for all of us at PS4!

Our first development

Our first development we loved so much that we kept it for ourselves! This house was in a sorry state when we got our hands on it. Originally a 6 bedroom Victorian town house we wanted to maximise the living spaces and bedrooms to make a really light airy home. So we did just that, we raised floors, put in glass roofed lantern window, made secret rooms and added a balcony to the loft master bedroom. We love living here.
